As the founder of APEX TK, TJ brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and cross-sector fluency — enabling him to bridge government priorities with cutting-edge industry solutions. His career has been defined by his ability to lead high-visibility programs, forge strategic partnerships across government, federally funded research and development centers (FFRDCs), and commercial entities, and deliver mission success in some of the nation’s most challenging environments.
While at The MITRE Corporation, TJ served as a Senior Consultant and Engagement Lead, where he guided transformative initiatives across the Defense, Intelligence, and Civilian sectors — earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and integrator of emerging technologies. His earlier service as a U.S. Air Force Officer further refined his expertise in both traditional and classified programs, with multiple deployments in support of contingency operations across the globe.
TJ holds multiple advanced degrees in technical and business disciplines and is committed to growing the next generation of leaders through mentorship and teaching as an adjunct university professor.
