Time-Off

PTO:
Each employee is eligible for 160 hours of Paid Time-Off (PTO) that is fixed and earned throughout the year in pay periods.

Company Holidays:
APEX observes all government holidays, currently 11 paid days off throughout the year on top of PTO.

Medical and Dental

APEX TK offers nationwide health care and dental coverage with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Guardian Dental. We are proud to highlight that we contribute towards 75% of our employees’ health premiums for the employee and 50% for dependents.

401k

APEX TK offers 401k investment options through Betterment. Betterment helps our employees manage their money through cash management, guided investing, and retirement planning. We offer a fully-vested plan and a competitive employer matched rate of up to 6%.
